Abstract:In recent years, the extreme rainstorm weather occurs frequently, and the rainwater absorption capacity of urban underlying surface decreases, which make the urban rainwater pipeline network system face the great challenges. In order to quantitatively study the resilience of urban rainwater pipeline network system under heavy rainfall conditions, a toughness evaluation index system suitable for urban rainwater pipeline network system under rainstorm weather is established by combining the PSR model with the toughness theory. The G1 method and COWA operator are used to determine the indices weights respectively. Through the thought of game theory, the weight combination is carried out. And combined with the cloud evaluation model, the resilience assessment model of composite empowerment - cloud model is established. Taking the rainwater pipeline network system in an area with higher overall development level in D City of Guizhou Province as an example, the model is verified. The results show that the resilience level of the urban rainwater pipeline network system in this studied area belongs to the general resilience level. This model has a certain level of scientificity and feasibility.
