Abstract:A large-scale cross-rail municipal bridge is a continuous single-arch rib steel box girder arch bridge with three spans of (121+125+121) m. The main arch is 36 m high, with a span-to-span ratio of 1/3.47, and the side span is 20 m high, with a span-to-span ratio of 1/6.05. The arch axis adopts the sine function, and the arch rib is innovatively designed with a higher and wider space twist, which has a good overall landscape effect of the bridge. The standard bridge deck is 38 m wide, with 8 bi-directional lanes. At the large mileage side, the north and south sides of the expressway are connected, and the main beam is widened to 55.8 m. In the same type of bridges, the construction accuracy of the bridge is relatively high and difficult. The overall and local design and calculation of the bridge are introduced in detail, which indicates that the twisted arch rib web structure can effectively transfer the internal force of the structure and ensure the safety of the structure, in order to provide useful design ideas and reference experience for similar projects in the future.
