    摘要:

    虽然我国经济的快速发展,城乡的建筑规模不断扩大,但很多地方对管线的建设与维修没有足够重视,尤其是地下污水管网的建设落后,导致部分乡镇河道饱受地下污水侵扰,晴天杂物在管道内发酵,气味难闻,雨天管道阻塞易形成内涝。以嘉善县大云镇全域“污水零直排”为例,首先采用闭路电视检测技术对所有管道进行检测分析,在检测分析后选择合适的非开挖修复方法,该项目中采用局部树脂固化非开挖修补工艺,介绍了其施工工艺流程。经过实践表明采用局部树脂固化法,具有施工快、施工质量有保障、对周边环境影响小等特点,可在类似污水零直排项目中加以应用。

    Abstract:

    Despite the rapid development of economy and the continuous expansion of urban and rural construction scale in China, enough attention is not paid to the construction and maintenance of pipelines in many places, especially the backward construction of underground sewage pipe networks, resulting in some township rivers being plagued by underground sewage, debris fermenting in the pipelines on sunny days with an unpleasant odor, and pipeline blockage in rainy days prone to waterlogging. Taking the “zero direct discharge of sewage” in the whole Dayun Town, Jiashan County as an example, the closed circuit television detection technology is firstly used to detect and analyze all pipelines, and then the appropriate trenchless repair methods are selected after detection and analysis. In this project, a local resin curing trenchless repair process is used, and its construction process is introduced. The practice shows that the local resin curing method has the characteristics of fast construction, guaranteed construction quality and small impact on the surrounding environment, and can be applied in similar projects with zero direct discharge of sewage.
