Abstract:Prefabricated assembly technology takes on the critical development tendency of water structure construction technology. However, joint treatment is one of the key technical difficulties in current prefabricated assembly technology. The ultrahigh performance concrete (UHPC) has the technical advantages such as high strength, high toughness and good durability, which has become an effective way to solve the joint connection of prefabricated assembly structures. Considering that this technology is relatively rarely used in the field of water engineering, the related research has been conducted according to the actual engineering project. The analysis and study are carried out on the difficulties of applicability of UHPC wet joint in drainage structures, rapid turnover of temporary supports, high temperature and low temperature construction. The construction parameters are explored through the full-scale UHPC pouring process test. And the pouring strategy under the high temperature and low temperature conditions is proposed to ensure the smooth progress of UHPC wet joint pouring construction, effectively improve the efficiency of prefabricated assembly construction, and improve the quality of wet joint pouring.
