    摘要:

    以杭州市新城路过江通道方案设计为工程背景,立足于方案研究当下的规划条件,根据功能定位和交通流量进行了预测分析。通过方案比选,论证了建设形式,从定性分析和流量预测两个层次论证了建设规模,并从工程总体方案、横断面布置、重要节点三个方面论述了总体设计方案。主要研究结论:一是过江通道宜采用隧道形式;二是过江通道宜采用双向6车道断面形式(主线双4+两侧连续紧急停车带);三是慢行通道有必要设置,建议在远期下沙大桥城市快速化改造中实现。

    Abstract:

    Taking the design scheme of Xincheng Road Cross-river Passage in Hangzhou as an example, the current planning conditions of the scheme are studied. The predictive analysis is carried out according to the functional orientation and traffic flow. By comparing and selecting the schemes, the construction form is demonstrated. The construction scale is demonstrated from two levels of qualitative analysis and flow prediction. The overall design scheme is expounded from three aspects of overall scheme, cross-section layout and important nodes of the project. The main research conclusions are that(1)the tunnel form is suitably used for the cross-river passage. (2)the double-way six-lane section form (double-way 4-lane for the main line + continuously emergency parking strip at two sides) is recommended for the cross-river passage.(3)it is necessary to set up the slow traffic passage. It is suggested that it should be realized in the long-term urban rapid transformation of Xiasha Bridge.
