    某转体斜拉桥跨径布置为(99+250+116)m,为特大型跨铁路市政桥,同时跨越多条既有铁路及在建铁路。桥宽42 m,设置双向8车道。桥塔为矩形混凝土塔,主梁为预应力混凝土结构,1号塔处采用塔墩固结并于梁底设置支座,2号塔处采用塔墩梁固结结构体系。斜拉索采用空间中央索面布置。两桥塔采取转体施工工艺跨越所有股道,最大转体重量约45 358 t。在同类型桥梁中,本桥设计及施工难度均较大。重点介绍桥梁总体布置、构造设计、结构计算等情况,以期为今后类似工程提供有益的设计思路和借鉴经验。

    Abstract:

    The span of a rotating cable-stayed bridge is arranged as (99+250+116)m. The bridge is a large-scale cross-rail municipal bridge, and also spans many existing and under-construction railways. The bridge is 42 m wide with two-way eight lanes. The bridge pylon is a rectangular concrete pylon. Its girder is the prestressed concrete structure. The pylon-pier consolidation is adopted at No.1 Pylon, and the support is set at the girder bottom. The structural system of pylon-pier girder consolidation is used at No.2 Pylon. The stayed cables are arranged in a spatial central plane. The two pylons span all the channels by rotating construction technology. The maximum rotating weight is about 45 358 t. Compared with the same kind of bridges, the design and construction of the bridge are difficult. The overall layout, construction design and structural calculation of the bridge are specially introduced in order to provide the beneficial design ideas and reference experience for similar projects in the future.
