    摘要:

    交通一体化对塑造都市圈空间形态、优化产业布局具有重要支撑和引领作用,是建设现代化都市圈的重要前提和基础。作为交通一体化的关键一环,打通“断头路”意味着解决影响都市圈同城化发展的“最后一公里”,对服务新发展格局的构建具有重要意义。首先,梳理了南京都市圈总体路网特征和“断头路”现状分布特征;然后,基于不同状态下“断头路”呈现的特征,深入分析存在的问题及形成原因;最后,围绕问题导向,从加强顶层规划设计、完善协同工作机制、争取政策要素支持保障、构建评估标准等角度提出了对策建议。

    Abstract:

    The integration of transportation has the important support and leading role in shaping the space shape of the metropolitan area and optimizing the industrial layout, and is an important prerequisite and foundation for building a modern metropolitan area. As a key part of transportation integration, opening up the “dead-end road” means to solve the “last kilometer” that affects the development of urban integration in the metropolitan area, which is of great significance for the construction of a new development pattern. Firstly, the characteristics of the overall road network of Nanjing metropolitan area and the distribution of “dead-end road” are sorted out. Then, based on the characteristics of the dead-end road in different states, the existing problems and the formed reasons are deeply analyzed. Finally, focusing on the problem-oriented, the countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of strengthening the top-level planning and design, perfecting the collaborative work mechanism, striving for the support and guarantee of policy elements, and building the evaluation standards.
