城市主干路快速化改造设计研究

Research on Design of Expressway-style Reconstruction for Urban Arterial Roads in Jining City

摘要:

以济宁市共青团路—运河路快速化改造工程为例，介绍了工程快速化总体设计、交叉节点改造、人行天桥设计和景观口袋公园设计方案。共青团路—运河路作为济宁市中心城区的重要联络道路，承担着中心城区南北向交通走廊的功能。通过提升道路断面功能、交通微循环、交叉口分时段禁止左转、设置人行天桥代替地面人行过街信控设施等工程方案，改善了其沿线交通快速出行条件，完善了城市中心城区的骨架路网结构，增强了中心城区的辐射力和影响力；同时也为相似工程的方案和设计提供了参考经验。

Abstract:

Taking the Jining Gongqingtuan-Yunhe Road Expressway-style Reconstruction Project as an example, the schemes of overall design of the expressway in the project, reconstruction of intersection nodes, design of footbridge and design of landscape pocket park are introduced. As an important connecting road in the central urban area of Jining, Gongqingtuan Road—Yunhe Road undertakes the function of a north-south traffic corridor in the central urban area. By improving the road section function, traffic micro circulation, no left turn allowed at intersections in divided periods, setting up the footbridge instead of ground pedestrian crossing signal control facilities, and other engineering schemes, the conditions of rapid travel along the route traffic are improved, the skeleton road network structure of the central urban area is perfected, and the radiation and influence of the central urban area are enhanced. At the same time, the reference and experience are provided for the schemes and design of the similar projects.
