摘要:

军工路快速路是上海市区北部骨干路网的重要组成部分，近年来中环线北段、逸仙路高架交通拥堵日益加剧，军工路快速路总体设计的建设实施将极大助力缓解上述交通矛盾。基于骨干路网规划和城市规划推进，对军工路快速路的功能定位及其在路网中发挥的作用进行了分析；通过对交通流量的预测和评估确定了军工路快速路的建设规模；通过对沿线复杂建设条件的梳理，确定了军工路快速路的总体设计方案，并对主线车道规模优化、出入口布置方案和立交节点方案进行了较为详细的研究。

Abstract:

The expressway of Jungong Road is an important part of the backbone road network in the northern part of Shanghai. In recent years, the traffic congestion in the northern section of the Middle Ring Road and Yixian Road Elevated Road has been increasing. The construction and implementation of the overall design for Jungong Road Expressway will greatly help to ease the above-mentioned traffic problems. Based on the backbone road network planning and urban planning promotion, the functional positioning of Jungong Road Expressway and its role in the road network are analyzed. The construction scale of Jungong Road Expressway is determined through the prediction and evaluation of traffic flow. Through sorting out the complex construction conditions along the line, the overall design scheme of Jungong Road Expressway is determined, and a more detailed study is conducted on the optimization of the main lane scale, the layout scheme of the entrances and exits, and the intersection node scheme.
