城市交通综合治理是城市更新重要的任务之一。在结合区域特征的前提下，其研究基本遵循如下的技术路径：先对上位规划进行深入解读，制定出交通综合治理的目标；然后对现状进行调研，结合城市现状的交通问题，分析其成因；最后因地制宜，因城施策，提出有针对性的治理策略。

Abstract:

The comprehensive management of urban transportation is one of the important tasks of urban renewal. Under the premise of combining the regional characteristics, its research basically follows this technical path. Firstly, an upper planning is further understood, and the goal of comprehensive transportation management is set out. Then, the current situation is researched. Combined with the current urban transportation situation, its causes are analyzed. Finally, the targeted management strategies are proposed and the policies are implemented for the city according to the local conditions.
