    研究了旋挖机钢护筒埋设钻孔装置在桥梁植入桩施工中的应用。装置主要由安置于钻杆之上的转换设备和钢护筒组成,通过旋挖机驱动装置的正反向转动实现钢护筒的埋设和拔出。在安徽合枞高速桩基工程中,该设备成功解决了旋挖钻植入桩施工中护筒埋设深度不足、塌孔等问题,提高了施工效率和质量,降低了施工成本。研究结果表明,旋挖机钢护筒埋设钻孔一体化装置适应性强,可在不同地质条件下使用。

    Abstract:

    The application of embedded drilling device of steel casing of rotary excavator in the construction of bridge implanting piles is studied. It is mainly composed of conversion equipment and steel casing installed on the drill pipe, and the steel casing is buried and pulled out through the forward and reverse rotation of the rotary excavator driving device. In the pile foundation project of Anhui Hefei - Zongyang Expressway, this equipment has successfully solved the problems of insufficient burial depth and collapse of the casing during the construction of rotary drilling and pile implanting, which improves the construction efficiency and quality, and reduces the construction costs. The research results indicate that the integrated device for burying and drilling steel casing of rotary excavator has strong adaptability and can be used under different geological conditions.
