在复杂多变的新形势下，为有效提升勘察设计类企业的经济效益，企业的债权管理工作变得尤为重要。企业应剖析自身债权管理中存在的问题，采用多元手段加速存量债权的兑现，优化管理模式保障未来债权的实现。勘察设计类企业债权具有债权形成时间滞后、回收周期长、不确定性强等特点。勘察设计类企业在债权管理中存在确权管理不到位、管理责任未落实、回收方法路径单一等问题。企业应完善债权确权管理机制、制定债权管理责任制度、探索债权回收多元路径，保障企业在当前市场环境中行稳致远。

Abstract:

In a complex and changing new situation, in order to effectively improve the economic benefits of survey and design enterprises, the management of creditor rights has become particularly important. Enterprise should analyze the problems in its own creditor rights management, adopt the multi-element means to accelerate the cashing of the stock of creditor rights, and optimize the management mode to ensure the realization of future creditor rights. The creditor rights of survey and design enterprises are characterized by delayed formation, long recovery cycles, and strong uncertainty. These enterprises face the issues such as inadequate management of confirmed rights, lack of implementation of management responsibilities and a single path of recovery methods. Enterprises should improve the confirmation management mechanism of creditor rights, establish a creditor rights management responsibility system, and explore the multiple paths for recovery of creditor rights so as to ensure the stability and long-term development of enterprises in the current market environment.
