大芦线东延伸航道运输经济性简析

Brief Analysis on Economy of Transportation in East Extension Waterway of Dalu Line

摘要:

大芦线东延伸航道是适应国家运输结构调整、长三角内河集装箱河海直达运输市场发展新形势以及优化上海国际航运中心洋山深水港区集疏运系统的一项关键工程。综合梳理了大芦线东延伸航道工程概况与远期运量，深入分析了大芦线东延伸航道运输经济性。主要研究结果表明：大芦线东延伸航道在集装箱“公转水”、河海直达航线运距缩短以及碳排放减少等方面所产生的效益是显著的，具有良好的运输经济性。

Abstract:

The East Extension Waterway of Dalu Line is a key project to adapt the national transportation structure adjustment, the new development situation of the Yangtze River Delta inland container river-sea direct transport market, and optimize the collection and distribution system of Yangshan Deep-water Port of Shanghai International Shipping Center. The overview and long-term traffic volume of the East Extension Waterway Project of Dalu Line are comprehensively sorted out. The transportation economy of the East Extension Waterway of Dalu Line is further analyzed. The main research results indicate that the East Extension Waterway of Dalu Line has significant benefits in terms of transferring the containers "from highway to water", shortening the distance of direct river-sea route, and reducing the carbon emissions, which has good transportation economy.
