Abstract:To solve the problems of low efficiency and easy occurrence of errors and omissions in various constrution management such as progress, quality, measurement, and on-site under the traditional management mode of highway project construction, as well as the lack of efficient communication and collaborative management platforms in the project management process. This article designs and develops a digital project management platform based on BIM technology, relying on the Xuzhou East Raoyue Expressway project. The application results have proven that the BIM project management platform has high practical value in project collaborative management, control of project engineering quality, progress, automation intermediate measurement, soft soil subgrade treatment, and other aspects, providing important assistance for efficient and digital project construction management.
