Overall Scheme of Beihai Tieshan Port District Binhai Avenue (Port Section)

北海市铁山港区是北部湾畔正在崛起的邻海工业城区，滨海大道为串联铁山港区与北海中心城区的东西向沿海大通道，对推进铁山港工业区的开发建设，乃至北海市的经济发展具有重要意义。以滨海大道（港口段）二期工程中四号路—五号路段建设为背景，对其规划布局、功能定位、技术标准、建设条件、限制因素以及节点衔接等进行综合评估分析，最终提出较为合理的近远期结合设计方案。所提供的设计思路可供类似沿海、与铁路交叉的高等级道路项目借鉴。

Abstract:

Tieshan Port District in Beihai City is a rising coastal industrial urban area along the Beibu Gulf. The Binhai Avenue is an east-west coastal thoroughfare that connects Tieshan Port District and the central urban area of Beihai City, which is of great significance for promoting the development and construction of the Tieshan Port Industrial Zone and even the economic development of Beihai City. Taking the construction of the section from No.4 Road to No.5 Road in the Binhai Avenue Phase II Project (Port Section) as the background, a comprehensive evaluation and analysis are carried out on its planning and layout, functional positioning, technical standards, construction conditions, restrictive factors, and node connections. Finally, a more reasonable design scheme combining the short term and long term is proposed. The provided design ideas can be used as a reference for similar high-grade road projects along the coast and crossing railways.
