    摘要:

    城市道路交通基础设施的高质量建设是城市可持续发展和民生安全的基本保障。山地城市由于其特殊的地形地貌,局限的用地布局和功能,敏感的生态环境等,导致山地城市道路交通基础设施存在立体交通占比大,桥梁、隧道数量多,交通线网布局紧凑,可替代通道少,基础设施新旧更替明显等特征。加之山地城市易发的自然和地质灾害等问题,导致山地城市道路交通基础设施系统相较于平原城市更加脆弱。采用文献计量分析方法,对山地城市基础设施韧性有关研究进展进行梳理和分析,并以桥梁、隧道和城市道路3类山地城市关键基础设施为研究对象,梳理和归纳可能的风险场景和风险因素,从抵抗能力、吸收能力和恢复能力3个维度构建山地城市道路交通关键基础设施韧性风险评价体系。

    Abstract:

    The high-quality construction of urban road transportation infrastructure is the basic guarantee of sustainable urban development and people's livelihood security. In the mountainous cities, due to the special topography, limited land layout and function, sensitive ecological environment and so on, the road traffic infrastructure of mountainous cities has the characteristics of large three-dimensional traffic proportion, large number of bridges and tunnels, compact transportation network layout, few alternative channels, and obvious replacement of new and old infrastructure. In addition, the mountainous cities are prone to natural and geological disasters and other problems, resulting in the road traffic infrastructure system in the mountainous cities more vulnerable than the plain cities. The bibliometric analysis method is adopted to sort out and analyze the research progress related to the resilience of infrastructure in mountainous cities. Focusing on three critical infrastructure types of bridges, tunnels and urban roads, the possible risk scenarios and risk factors are sorted out and summarized. The resilience risk assessment system for the critical infrastructure of mountainous urban road transportation is constructed from three dimensions of resistance, absorption and resilience.
