废旧沥青混合料的使用响应了节能双碳的国家政策。道路、高速公路、机场等这些基础设施建设和拆除过程中会产生大量的废旧沥青混合料，其回收和再利用适应了节能与环保的政策需求，从而备受研究者们关注需要。介绍了废旧沥青混合料的定义、影响其使用效率的特性以及控制其回收的因素，总结并介绍了废旧沥青混合料的典型性能范围。结合废旧沥青混合料的特征，讨论了其在路基层和稳定土壤中的应用，并对其经济、环境效益以及可能的挑战进行了分析。

Abstract:

The use of waste asphalt mixtures responds to the national policy of energy conservation and dual carbon. In the construction and demolition process of infrastructures such as roads, expressways, airports and so on, a large amount of waste asphalt mixture is generated. The recycling and reuse of the waste asphalt mixtures meet the policy requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection, which are paid attention by the researchers. The definition, the characteristics affecting the use efficiency and the factors controlling the recycling of waste asphalt mixtures are introduced, and the typical range of properties of waste asphalt mixtures are summarized and described. Combined with the characteristics of waste asphalt mixture, its application in the roadbed layer and soil stabilization is discussed, and its economic and environmental benefits as well as possible challenges are analyzed.
