Abstract:In China, the number of mountain tunnels is huge, the tunnel structure diseases are common, and the maintenance and repair investment is limited. At present, the maintenance and repair measures of the existing tunnels are inefficient, and it is difficult to effectively separate the traffic under the conditions of maintenance and repair operations, which has a great impact on vehicle traffic and brings certain traffic safety hazards. Relying on the maintenance and repair project of Maaoling Tunnel in Ningbo Section of Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Expressway, aiming at the disadvantages of traditional mountain tunnel disease disposal technology, based on the principle of maintaining the traffic efficiency of the road network and the basis of ensuring the driving safety and construction safety, an intelligent construction trolley for tunnel maintenance and reinforcement without interrupting traffic is proposed from the perspective of ensuring quality, saving cost, improving efficiency and reducing impact, which provides an efficient and economical construction method for the maintenance and repair of mountain tunnels.
