    摘要:

    我国山岭隧道数量庞大,隧道结构病害普遍存在,而养护维修投入有限。目前既有隧道养护维修处理措施效率低下、养护维修作业条件下交通难以有效分流,对车辆通行影响较大,且带来一定的交通安全隐患。依托甬台温高速公路宁波段麻岙岭隧道养护维修工程,针对传统山区隧道病害处置技术的弊端,以保持路网的通行效率为原则、保障行车安全与施工安全为基础,从保证质量、节约成本、提高效率、降低影响的角度出发,提出了一种不中断交通的隧道养护加固智能施工台车,为山岭隧道养护维修施工提供了一种高效、经济的施工方法。

    Abstract:

    In China, the number of mountain tunnels is huge, the tunnel structure diseases are common, and the maintenance and repair investment is limited. At present, the maintenance and repair measures of the existing tunnels are inefficient, and it is difficult to effectively separate the traffic under the conditions of maintenance and repair operations, which has a great impact on vehicle traffic and brings certain traffic safety hazards. Relying on the maintenance and repair project of Maaoling Tunnel in Ningbo Section of Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Expressway, aiming at the disadvantages of traditional mountain tunnel disease disposal technology, based on the principle of maintaining the traffic efficiency of the road network and the basis of ensuring the driving safety and construction safety, an intelligent construction trolley for tunnel maintenance and reinforcement without interrupting traffic is proposed from the perspective of ensuring quality, saving cost, improving efficiency and reducing impact, which provides an efficient and economical construction method for the maintenance and repair of mountain tunnels.
