    摘要:

    探讨基于路段动态划分的沥青路面低碳养护策略,以实现对路面的有效管理和可持续维护,推动沥青路面的绿色养护。通过对路段以10 m为最小基础单元,将技术状况相似等级的路段动态合并,对养护路段进行动态划分,解决较长基础单元评定结果易掩盖局部不良路段的问题,更精细地理解路面的磨损状况和养护需求。基于生命周期评价(Life Cycle Assessment,LCA)方法构建了沥青路面养护施工全生命周期中碳排放量的量化体系,综合考虑养护过程中的各个环节,准确评估碳排放。通过以某高速公路养护工程为案例,说明所提出的基于路段动态划分的低碳养护策略在实际工程中的应用效果。结果表明:路段动态划分确定养护路段对降低养护过程的碳排放有显著效果,可降低24.45%的碳排放。

    Abstract:

    Aiming to explore a low-carbon maintenance strategy for asphalt pavement based on dynamic division of road sections, the effective management and sustainable maintenance of pavements are realized, and the green maintenance of asphalt pavement is promoted. By segmenting road sections with a minimum unit of 10 meters, the road sections with similar technical status are dynamically merged and the maintenance sections are dynamically divided, which can solve the problems that the evaluation results of long foundation units are easy to cover up the local bad sections, and understand the wear condition and maintenance needs of the pavement more accurately. Based on the life cycle assessment (LCA) method, the quantification system of carbon emission in the whole life cycle of asphalt pavement maintenance construction is established. Every link in the maintenance process is comprehensively considered to accurately assess the carbon emissions. Taking an expressway maintenance project as a case, the practical application and effectiveness of the proposed low-carbon maintenance strategy based on dynamic division of road section are illustrated. The results indicate that the dynamic division of road sections to determine the maintenance road sections has a significant effect on reducing the carbon emission in the maintenance process, and the carbon emission can be reduced by 24.45% in this case.
