    摘要:

    跨海大桥桩基长期遭受水流冲刷而在桩基周围形成冲刷坑,冲刷深度较深、受力情况较差的桩基需及时开展冲刷防护施工。固化土冲刷防护技术,不仅能实现桩基防护,还能修复桩基承载力。依托跨海大桥冲刷防护工程,首次将固化土冲刷防护技术引入到群桩冲刷防护中,并开展海上泵送施工技术和水下施工监测方法研究。结果表明,固化土浆液能够自流填平冲刷坑和群桩间隙,凝固后能够达到抵抗水流冲刷的防护效果。固化土防护面层的范围、标高、坡度、厚度和强度等指标均满足施工要求。研究成果应用于工程实践,对于完善桥梁全寿命周期管理具有积极的意义。

    Abstract:

    The pile foundation of cross-sea bridge is scoured by water flow for a long time, and the scour pit is formed around the pile foundation. The pile foundation with deep scour depth and poor bearing condition needs to be timely scoured and protected. The erosion protection technology of solidified soil can not only protect the pile foundation, but also restore the bearing capacity of pile foundation. Relying on the scour protection engineering of cross-sea bridge, the erosion protection technology of solidified soil is firstly introduced into the erosion protection of pile group, and the offshore pumping construction technology and underwater construction monitoring method are studied. The results show that the solidified soil slurry can fill the clearance of scour pit and pile group by self-flow, and can achieve the protection effect against water scour after being solidified. The range, elevation, slope, thickness and strength of solidified soil protective facing all meet the construction requirements. The application of the research results to engineering practice has a positive significance for improving the whole life cycle management of bridges.
