Abstract:In order to effectively assess the road transport risk of dangerous goods and improve the transport risk assessment index system, a risk assessment method based on FAHP-TOPSIS is proposed. Based on the characteristics of road transport of dangerous goods, the vehicle performance and service life, vehicle age and other indicators are introduced into the vehicle factors to establish the transport risk assessment index system of dangerous goods. The weights of the indicators are obtained through the FAHP method. Combined with TOPSIS method, the distance between the actual situation and the optimal and worst ideal solution is calculated to assess the transport risk level and to improve the accuracy and objectivity of the assessment results. Taking a liquid nitrogen transport enterprise as an example, the FAHP-TOPSIS method is used to assess the transport risk of this enterprise. The results show that the transport risk level of this enterprise is a general risk, and the influence of personnel and environmental factors on the transport risk is larger. Therefore, the focus should be on prevention and control.
