    摘要:

    青岛市山东路-鞍山路节点立体化改造项目位于青岛市老城区,设置有高架立交匝道、地面公交首末站、地下社会停车场和地铁出入口,工程建设综合缓解了片区交通拥堵、公共交通出行不便以及停车设施供应不足等多个难题,是一个交通功能复合、土地利用集约的综合交通枢纽工程。项目周边配套成熟,建设条件复杂,通过充分利用高架匝道桥下空间,深度挖潜利用地下空间,实现在有限的空间范围内最大化发挥城市综合交通功能,做到公交、P+R停车及地铁的高效无缝换乘,可为后续老城区城市更新提供一定借鉴价值。

    Abstract:

    The Qingdao Shandong Road - Anshan Road Three-dimensional Reconstruction Project is located in the old urban area of Qingdao, in which the elevated interchange ramp, ground bus terminal, underground social parking and subway access are set up. The construction of the project has comprehensively alleviated the multiple problems in the area, such as traffic congestion, inconvenience of public transportation, and insufficient supply of parking facilities, which is a comprehensive transportation hub project with multiple transportation functions and intensive land utilization. The surrounding facilities of the project are mature, but the construction conditions are complex. Through making full use of the space under the elevated ramp bridge and utilizing the underground space deeply, the comprehensive traffic function of the city can be maximized within the limited space, and the efficient and seamless transfer of bus, P + R parking and subway is achieved, which can provide some reference values for the urban renewal of the old urban areas.
