Abstract:In order to improve the flatness of cast-in-place concrete on the ultra-wide bridge deck and improve the comfort of aircraft taxiing, according to the previous construction experience, the multi-machine linkage full-sized fine construction technology suitable for the ultra-wide cast-in-place bridge deck pavement of bridge engineering is studied and developed, and the concrete + rebar bracket composite track is developed. The combination of multiple specifications of paver machines is adopted for linkage construction to realize the full-sized construction of the concrete leveling layer of the ultra-wide bridge deck pavement, to eliminate the cut-through construction joints, and to improve the flatness of the bridge deck.
