    摘要:

    为提高超宽桥面现浇混凝土平整度,提高飞机滑行舒适性,根据以往施工经验,研发出适用于桥梁工程超宽现浇桥面铺装多机联动整幅精细化施工技术,研制出混凝土+钢筋支架复合轨道,采用多种规格摊铺机组合联动施工,实现超宽桥面铺装混凝土调平层整幅施工,消除贯通施工缝,提高桥面平整度。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the flatness of cast-in-place concrete on the ultra-wide bridge deck and improve the comfort of aircraft taxiing, according to the previous construction experience, the multi-machine linkage full-sized fine construction technology suitable for the ultra-wide cast-in-place bridge deck pavement of bridge engineering is studied and developed, and the concrete + rebar bracket composite track is developed. The combination of multiple specifications of paver machines is adopted for linkage construction to realize the full-sized construction of the concrete leveling layer of the ultra-wide bridge deck pavement, to eliminate the cut-through construction joints, and to improve the flatness of the bridge deck.
