随着越来越多的中国工程企业走向海外，加强国内外规范标准的对比分析研究，对项目的顺利实施至关重要。以坦桑尼亚高速公路设计项目为例，通过对比分析中、坦、美三国规范在停车视距计算及参数取值等方面的异同，提出了适用于坦桑尼亚项目的基于规范最小横净距的停车视距分析方法，并通过对多种视距改善措施的对比分析，提出了适用于该项目视距不良曲线路段的视距保障措施，用于指导项目路线平面设计，为国内外公路设计人员提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract:

With more and more Chinese engineering enterprises going overseas, strengthening the comparative analysis and research of domestic and foreign norms and standards is crucial to the smooth implementation of the projects. Taking the highway design project in Tanzania as an example, the differences and similarities of Chinese, Tanzanian and American standards in parking sight distance calculation and parameter value are compared and analyzed. A stopping sight distance analysis method based on standard minimum clear transverse distance is proposed for the projects of Tanzania. Through the comparative analysis of several measures to improve the visual distance, the protective measures for the road section with bad visual distance curve are put forward, which are used to guide the graphic design of the project route and provide reference for domestic and foreign highway designers.
