Abstract:To improve and enhance the performance of two-component marking coatings, the changes in wear resistance, cohesiveness, adhesion and other properties of coatings under different resin dosages are studied, and the influence of resin dosages on the performance of two-component marking coatings is clarified. The results show that the wear resistance of the two-component marking coating decreases with the increase of resin dosage, and the wear value is the smallest when the resin dosage is 40%. The adhesive performance of coatings increases first and then decreases with the increase of resin dosage. The adhesive performance of coatings is the best when the resin dosage is 38%. The adhesion and flexibility of coatings improve with the increase of resin content. The wear resistance, adhesion and economy are comprehensively considered, and it is recommended that the reasonable dosage of resin be 35% ~ 38%.
