    摘要:

    为改善和提升双组分标线涂料的性能,研究在不同树脂掺量下涂料的耐磨性、黏结性、附着性等性能的变化情况,明确树脂掺量对双组分标线涂料性能的影响。结果表明:双组份标线涂料的抗磨耗性能随树脂用量的增加而减少,树脂用量为40%时磨耗值最小;涂料的黏结性能随着树脂用量的增加先增加后减小,树脂掺量为38%时涂料的黏结性能最好;涂料的附着性和柔韧性随树脂含量的增加有所提升,综合考虑耐磨性、黏结性、经济性等,建议合理的树脂用量为35%~38%。

    Abstract:

    To improve and enhance the performance of two-component marking coatings, the changes in wear resistance, cohesiveness, adhesion and other properties of coatings under different resin dosages are studied, and the influence of resin dosages on the performance of two-component marking coatings is clarified. The results show that the wear resistance of the two-component marking coating decreases with the increase of resin dosage, and the wear value is the smallest when the resin dosage is 40%. The adhesive performance of coatings increases first and then decreases with the increase of resin dosage. The adhesive performance of coatings is the best when the resin dosage is 38%. The adhesion and flexibility of coatings improve with the increase of resin content. The wear resistance, adhesion and economy are comprehensively considered, and it is recommended that the reasonable dosage of resin be 35% ~ 38%.
