    摘要:

    南通市邻江靠海,特有的富水砂层地质给安全接收盾构带来难题。富水砂层条件下,加固体细小的渗漏通道也能在短时间内发展为大的涌水涌砂险情,是盾构接收的重大安全挑战。基于南通市某盾构接收工程案例,分析总结了轨道交通1号线盾构安全接收情况,针对洞门密封、端头加固、应急处置、注浆封堵等方面提炼了具体优化措施,明确了质量安全管控重点。

    Abstract:

    Nantong area is near the river and the sea, and its unique geology of water-rich sand layer brings the difficulties to the safe reception of shield machine. Under the condition of water-rich sand layer, the solid tiny leakage channels can also develop into major water and sand gushing hazards in a short period of time, which is a major safety challenge for shield reception. Based on a case of shield receiving project in Nantong, the safety reception situation of the shield machine in Metro Line 1 is analyzed and summarized. The specific optimization measures are taken for tunnel door sealing, portal reinforcement, emergency treatment, grouting sealing and other aspects. And the key points of quality safety control are clarified.
