Abstract:The urban half-through concrete-filled steel-tube arch bridges belong to Class I maintained bridges. In the maintenance specifications, such bridges are classified into the qualified grade and unqualified grade based on the impact of structural component damage on the safety of bridge structure and the serviceable condition of bridge. But there is no specific evaluation standard for classifying the technical conditions, and no evaluation grade for the positions and components, which is not convenient for the management units to carry out targeted maintenance of the bridge structures according to the evaluation results. A hierarchical comprehensive assessment method is proposed to easily and quantitatively carry out the technical condition assessment, solve the existing problems in the current technical condition assessment of such bridges, and guide the formulation of targeted maintenance countermeasures to maintain the safety of bridges.
