城市更新背景下的旧城改造规划策略与实践

摘要:

随着城镇化进程的加速，许多城市环境、资源和社会之间的矛盾日益凸显，在此背景下，对城市更新的规划研究意义重大。对我国城市更新的时代背景、发展历程、发展趋势及典型案例进行了梳理总结和深入分析，对我国城市更新的相关重要政策文件进行了解读。在此基础上，总结提出了“1个理念、2大目标、3种手段、4项任务、5类要素”的城市更新规划路径，并在城市更新项目——宁波“文心绿美”生态走廊精品线的实践中得到验证。

Abstract:

With the acceleration of urbanization process, many contradictions among urban environment, urban resources and society are becoming increasingly prominent. In this context, the planning research of urban renewal is of great significance. The historical background, development process, development trends and typical cases of urban renewal in China are sorted out, summarized and deeply analyzed. And the relevant important policy documents of urban renewal in China are interpreted. On this basis, the urban renewal planning path of "1 concept, 2 goals, 3 means, 4 tasks and 5 elements" is summarized and proposed, and the urban renewal project - Ningbo "Wenxin Green Beauty" ecological corridor boutique line has been verified in practice.
