    摘要:

    对某工程中污泥调理池采用有限元软件中的壳单元及实体单元分别进行建模分析,在实体模型计算过程中考虑地基对整体结构内力分布的影响,将分析结果的弯矩计算值与设计手册的计算值进行对比分析,结果表明:(1)在不考虑地基作用的条件下,水池的壳单元模型计算结果与设计手册的计算结果相差不大,实体单元模型中水池角隅及池壁根部的计算弯矩均小于壳单元及计算手册的计算结果,但跨中的计算弯矩大于壳单元及设计手册的计算结果;(2)在水池顶板洞口较小且设置了洞口边梁的情况下,设计池壁内力的计算时可忽略洞口的影响;(3)地基参数的不同及壁板端部约束墙体的数量都会影响实体模型中池壁的计算弯矩。

    Abstract:

    The shell element and solid element in finite element software are used to model and analyze the sludge conditioning tank in a project. The influence of foundation on the internal force distribution of the whole structure is considered in the calculation process of solid model. The bending moment calculating value of the result is analyzed and compared with the calculating value of the design manual. The result shows that without considering the conditions of foundation action, there is small difference between the calculating results of shell element model and the design manual for the tank. The calculated bending moments in the corner of the tank and the root of the tank wall in the solid element model are smaller than those in the shell element and the calculation manual. But the bending moment calculated in mid-span is larger than that calculated by shell element model and design manual. Under the condition of small manhole at the top of tank and setting the side beam of manhole, the influence of manhole can be ignored in the design of internal force of tank wall. And the difference of foundation parameters and the number of restrained walls at the end of the wall panel will affect the calculated bending moment of tank wall in the solid model.
