合肥市长丰县现代水网建设研究

Research on Modern Water Network Construction in Changfeng County of Hefei

摘要:

围绕新时期国家水网建设的新要求，从防洪安全、水资源保障、水生态修复、智慧水务等方面分析了合肥市长丰县现代水网建设基础、面临形势和薄弱环节，提出了构建“双渠四水为纲，两线七河为目、十闸（站）百库为结”的长丰水网总体布局和“两湖两河保安，三水互济为源，双渠多廊护水，数字赋能提效”水网建设任务，可以为其他地区县级水网构建提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Focusing on the new requirements of national water network construction in the new era, the foundation, situation and weak links of modern water network construction in Changfeng County of Hefei are analyzed from the aspects of flood control safety, water resource guarantee, water ecological restoration and smart water management. The overall layout of Changfeng water network with the “two-channel four-water outline, two-line seven-river goal, and ten-gate (station) and 100-reservoir structure” is proposed, and the task of water network construction with the “two-lake two-river security, three-river mutual relief as the source, dual-channel multi-corridor water protection, and digital empowerment to improve efficiency” is put forward, which can provide some reference and inspiration for the construction of county-level water networks in other regions.
