    摘要:

    为改善老化沥青的路用性能,采用废食用油(Waste Cooking Oil,WCO)和微波活化胶粉(Microwave-Activated Crumb Rubber,ACR)对其进行复合改性,试验分析了不同改性剂掺量下改性沥青的基本性能、流变性能、分散性及储存稳定性。结果表明,WCO降低了沥青的黏度并改善其流动性,ACR在WCO作用下发生溶胀并产生交联结构,从而提高沥青的弹性恢复能力、高温性能且在低温环境下获得较好的变形能力,荧光显微镜分析显示,低掺量ACR分散性和储存稳定性良好。当掺量为9%WCO+19%ACR时,综合性能最优。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the pavement performance of aged asphalt, the waste cooking oil (WCO) and microwave activated crumb runner (ACR) are used to carry out its composite modification to test and analyze the basic properties, rheological properties, dispersibility and storage stability of the modified asphalt with the different modifier dosages. The results show that WCO reduces the viscosity and improve the fluidity of the asphalt, and ACR swells and forms a cross-linked structure under the action of WCO, which improves the elastic recovery ability and the high-temperature performance of the asphalt, and achieves the good the deformation ability at low temperatures. The Fluorescence microscopy analyses show that the dispersion and storage stability of low-doped ACR are good. When the dosage is 9% WCO + 19% ACR, the comprehensive performance is optimal.
