    摘要:

    综合管廊作为市政管道的重要载体是目前城市地下空间开发的重要形式之一。在城市"双碳"治理、绿色发展的前提下,以综合管廊建设为出发点,结合既有装配式技术在综合管廊建设中的应用,对比了全预制和叠合装配式两种装配结构形式的优缺点,前者构件重量大、运输效率较低、防水性能较差,适用于场地开阔、运输条件好、地下水相对来讲不丰富地区,后者构件重量小、运输效率高、成本低、施工简单、工期短、节点防水性能好,更适合作为综合管廊建设的优选方案。给出装配式技术在工程实践中的若干关键技术点。

    Abstract:

    As an important carrier of municipal pipeline, utility tunnel is one of the important forms of urban underground space development now. On the premise of urban "double carbon" governance and green development, taking the construction of utility tunnel as the starting point, combined with the application of existing assembly technology in the construction of utility tunnel, the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of assembly structures, such as full prefabrication and superimposed assembly are compared. The former has the features of large component weight, low transport efficiency and poor waterproofness, which is suitable for the areas with the wide site, good transport conditions and relatively scarce groundwater. The latter has the characteristics of small component weight, high transport efficiency, low cost, simple construction, short duration and good waterproofness of node, which is more suitably taken as the optimization scheme for the construction of utility tunnel. Some key technical points of assembly technology in the engineering practice are given.
