    摘要:

    城市建成区频发拥堵的主干路,常受制于规划和现状条件而无法升级为快速路,但对其交通效能提升又势在必行,其难点在于要求不大兴土木、且必须保持现状交通不中断的条件下,达到提高道路通行能力、提升实际行驶速度的改造成效。以武汉市工人村路项目为例,通过分析城市主干路可实施性强的交通提升改造方案,总结了富有建设性的改造策略。

    Abstract:

    The arterial roads with frequent congestion in urban built-up areas are often subject to planning and current conditions and cannot be upgraded to express roads, but it is imperative to improve the traffic efficiency of these roads. The difficulty is often that no major construction is required, and it is necessary to maintain the current traffic without interruption to improve the traffic capacity of road and to upgrade the reconstruction effect of actual driving speed. Taking the Wuhan Gongrencun Road Project as an example, the traffic upgrading and reconstruction methods of urban arterial road able to be implemented strongly are analyzed, and the reconstruction strategy full of suggestions is summarized.
