    摘要:

    随着桥梁建设的发展,桥梁运维相关问题也日益突出,利用数字化手段支持桥梁运维管理业务,已经成为行业共识。针对桥梁运维管理的难点和需求,设计了基于BIM(Building Information Modeling)加GIS(Geographic Information System)的智慧桥梁运维管理平台。基于Cesium开发框架并对其二次开发,实现BIM和GIS技术的融合,并将其应用到桥梁运维管理平台建设中,介绍了平台架构及关键技术。在工程应用方面,该平台可以实现桥梁数字资产、巡检养护、监测报警和应急管理等数据的三维可视化展示及管理。该平台在实现信息共享、保证数据质量的同时,提高了运维效率,降低了管理成本。

    Abstract:

    With the development of bridge construction, the issues related to bridge operation and maintenance have become increasingly prominent. The use of digital methods to support the bridge operation and maintenance management has become an industry consensus. Focusing on the difficulties and requirements of bridge operation and maintenance management, an intelligent bridge operation and maintenance management platform based on the building information modeling (BIM) + geographic information system (GIS) is designed. Based on the Cesium development framework and its secondary development, the integration of BIM and GIS technology is realized, which is applied in the construction of the bridge operation and maintenance management platform. The platform architecture and key technologies are introduced. In terms of engineering applications, the platform can realize the three-dimensional visualization and management of bridge digital assets, inspection and maintenance, monitoring and alarm, and emergency management data. The platform improves the operation and maintenance efficiency and reduces the management costs while ensuring data quality and information sharing.
