Abstract:3S module technology is a repair method in which a transparent PVC plastic module is assembled into a lining pipe in the original pipe, and a composite pipe structure is formed by grouting the gaps generated. The technology has the advantages of flexible construction time, high structural strength of composite pipe, strong corrosion resistance and visual grouting, which can effectively ensure the construction quality, and is suitable for a variety of construction environments, especially large pipelines that cannot implement temporary drainage measures. Combined with the trenchless lining repair project of Huayang Road – West Guangfu Road inverted siphon crossing Suzhou River, the characteristics of different construction technologies in the trenchless lining repair of extra-large diameter drainage pipelines are compared and analyzed. The key control points of quality in the repair construction of 3S module technology are expounded. The engineering difficulties and technical measures for attention in the construction process are summarized. And the application prospect of 3S module technology in the repair of extra-large pipelines is expected.
