    摘要:

    智能网联汽车已成为我国战略性新兴产业。然而,城市道路作为智能网联汽车的载体,发展却相对缓慢。推动传统道路设施系统智能化升级,以适配智能网联汽车和智慧城市发展,成为当下城市道路建设的重要方向。通过聚焦车城协同功能和场景应用需求,明确了智慧道路建设总体目标,进而研究了智慧道路分级方法,搭建面向车城协同的智慧道路建设基本框架,并提出基于智慧灯杆的智慧道路建设改造实现路径。最后,从车辆驾驶、城市管理、交通管理等角度探讨了智慧道路的多场景应用,为车城协同建设提供解决思路和推广样板。

    Abstract:

    Intelligent connected vehicles (ICVs) have become a strategic emerging industry in China. However, the development of urban roads, as the carriers of ICVs, has been relatively slow. Promoting the intelligent upgrading of traditional road facilities system to adapt to the development of ICVs and smart cities has become an important direction of current urban road construction. Focusing on the vehicle-city collaboration function and scene application requirements, the overall goal of smart road construction is clarified, then the intelligent road classification method is established. The basic framework of the smart road construction facing the vehicle-city cooperation is built. The realization path of smart road construction and reconstruction based on smart light pole is put forward. Finally, the multiple scenario applications of smart roads are explored from the perspectives of vehicle driving, urban management and traffic management, which provides the solution and the promotion template for vehicle-city cooperation construction.
