泉州城东—北峰快速通道工程规划方案研究

Research on Planning Scheme of Quanzhou Chengdong to Beifeng Fast Channel Project

结合《泉州市综合交通规划修编》和《泉州市中心城区骨干路网近期建设规划》等上位规划，策划建设了泉州城东至北峰快速通道。作为泉州市区田字形骨架路网组成部分和城市快速路，串连起东海片区、城东片区、北峰片区。总体设计方案经过了多轮探讨，尤其是通过了G324枢纽互通、刺桐路北拓互通、内环路互通3个关键立交节点方案的研究论证。方案实施后，既强化了交通节点的高效衔接转换功能，分流了内环路过境交通，极大缓解了泉州市区交通拥堵；同时还破解了大跨径小净距隧道支护、浅埋暗挖地表沉降控制、桥梁标准化设计等难点。另外，同步规划策划了城东至北峰快速通道两侧片区棚户区（石结构房）改造项目，在推动城市更新改造，提升泉州城区城市品质的同时，最大程度地发挥出了快速通道对城市路网和片区开发的综合效益。

Abstract:

Combined with the Quanzhou Comprehensive Transportation Planning Revision and Short-term Construction Planning for Quanzhou Central Urban Area Backbone Road Network and other upper planning, the Quanzhou Chengdong to Beifeng Fast Channel is planned to construct. This channel is a part of the Tian-shaped skeleton road network in the urban area of Quanzhou, which is an urban expressway to connect the Donghai Area, Chengdong Area and Beifeng Area. The overall design scheme has undergone multiple rounds of discussion, especially through the research and demonstration of three key interchange node schemes of G324 Hub Interchange, Citong Road North Extension Interchange and Inner Ring Road Interchange. After the implementation of the scheme, the efficient connection and conversion function of transportation nodes has been strengthened, and the transit traffic on the inner ring road has been diverted, which greatly alleviate the traffic congestion in Quanzhou City. At the same time, the difficulties such as large-span small-clearance tunnel support, shallow-buried excavation ground surface settlement control and standardized bridge design are solved. In addition, the synchronous planning is carried out for the reconstruction project of shantytowns (stone structured houses) on both sides of the Chengdong to Beifeng Fast Channel. At the same time to promote the urban renewal and reconstruction, and enhance the urban quality of Quanzhou City, the comprehensive benefits of the fast channel on the urban road network and area development are maximized.
