    摘要:

    钢混组合梁具有钢结构和混凝土2种材料优势,经济性好,便于施工,在工程中应用很多。对于多纵梁的组合梁而言,桥面板与钢结构的关系可分为大横梁体系和小横梁体系。为研究不同体系桥面板在活载下的受力特点,基于深汕合作区通港大道项目,分析了双窄箱组合梁结构采用大横梁不带钢悬臂、大横梁带钢悬臂、小横梁3种体系的桥面板构造与设计细节,并以MIDAS FEA NX建立3种体系的桥面板结构有限元分析模型,对比车辆荷载位于桥梁不同区域时桥面板的受力情况和纵梁内净距、横梁间距对桥面板受力的影响规律。结果验证了大横梁体系对于桥面板受力的改善作用,并得出了桥面板较优的纵、横梁间距比和桥面板边界最大距离,可为后续类似的工程建设提供有益参考。

    Abstract:

    The steel-concrete composite beam has the advantages of steel structure and concrete, good economy, easy construction, and is widely used in engineering. For the composite beams with multiple longitudinal beams, the relationship between bridge deck and steel structure can be divided into the large crossbeam system and the small crossbeam system. To study the force characteristics of bridge decks with different systems under live load, based on the Shenzhen and Shantou Cooperation Zone Tonggang Avenue Project, the bridge deck construction and design details of three systems such as large crossbeam without steel cantilever, large crossbeam with steel cantilever and small crossbeam for the double-narrow-box composite beam structure are analyzed. And the finite element analysis model of bridge deck structure with three systems is established by MIDAS FEA NX to compare the force of the bridge deck when the vehicle load is located in different areas of the bridge, and the influence of longitudinal beam clear distance and crossbeam interval on the force of the bridge deck. The results verifies that the large crossbeam system can improve the force of bridge deck. The optimal spacing ratio between longitudinal beam and crossbeam, and the maximum boundary distance of the bridge deck are obtained, which provides a useful reference for the subsequent construction of similar projects.
