Abstract:The construction of modern water network is the key support for high-quality development, and the county-level water network, as the last level water network, is of great significance for realizing the spatial balance in a wider range. Nanqiao District is one of two districts in Chuzhou City, and is located in the hilly area of Jianghuai River, where the drought and flood disasters occur frequently and the contradiction of water resources is prominent. By analyzing the basic conditions and existing problems of water network construction in Nanqiao District of Chuzhou City, the planning, layout and construction measures of water network in hilly and mountainous areas are dicussed. By establishing the overall pattern of the district-level water network of "one horizontal and one vertical flow, three channels of clear water supply, two reservoirs, multiple water sources, one corridor and four painted scenes", the main skeleton is built and the main artery is smooth. Focusing on the networking, supplementing and strong chain, the “framework, detail and node” structure of district-level water network is optimized in order to provide the ideas for the construction of modern water network in Nanqiao District.
