The multi-scale method is used to predict the effective elastic modulus of fiber fabric-reinforced concrete. The approaches to improving the mechanical properties of materials by customizing the geometric shapes of fabrics are discussed. And a design optimization method for the equivalent modulus of plain weave fabric composites is proposed. The analytical relationship between the effective elastic modulus of plain weave fabric composites and the geometric parameters of fiber filaments established can provide the new optimization strategies for structural design in this field.
