Abstract:Sponge city construction is one of the important measures to alleviate the urban waterlogging, which can make a city have good "elasticity" and "toughness". Park green space is an important public space of city, and also an important carrier of sponge city construction. "Sponge 20" points out that the attention should be paid to the multi-objective integration, and the park green space should consider the surrounding rainwater consumption. Through SWOT analysis, the goals of water safety, water ecology, water environment and social benefits of the park are clarified. The construction of sponge cities completely plans and absorbs the rainwater from the surrounding cliff and landslide areas, which effectively improves the regional drainage and waterlogging prevention capacity, reduces the runoff pollution and improves the well-being of surrounding residents. The research shows that the total annual runoff control rate is greater than 90% after the completion of the project. The total reduction rate of annual runoff pollution can be reached 62%. All rainwater systems are up to standard. 10 waterlogging points have been eliminated, and a "15-minute fitness circle" has been built for surrounding residents, which provides a good model and reference for the construction of park green sponge city in the new stage of "14th Five-Year Plan".
