    摘要:

    通过设立源头绿色设施来控制径流峰值,可以协同解决超大城市存量雨水排水系统提标改造难度大的问题,提升城市排水防涝能力和水安全韧性。以上海市青浦区为例,结合青浦区自排为主、强排为辅的雨水排水系统特点,针对暂无条件通过管道翻排实现雨水系统提标的区域,研究通过海绵城市建设开展绿色设施建设,结合林水复合植入绿色设施功能,实现雨水系统提标,改善内涝积水。

    Abstract:

    By controlling the peak runoff through green facilities at the source, the difficulty of upgrading and reconstructing the existing rainwater drainage systems in mega cities can be collaboratively solved to enhance the urban drainage and waterlogging prevention capabilities and water safety resilience. Taking Qingpu District in Shanghai as an example, based on the characteristics of rainwater drainage system in Qingpu District with the self-drainage mainly and strong drainage auxiliary, the construction of green facilities is studied through the sponge city construction for the area where the rainwater system is upgraded temporarily and unconditionally through the pipeline overturning. Combined with the function of forest water composite planting of green facilities, the way of upgrading the rainwater system and improving the waterlogging water is realized.
