Abstract:By controlling the peak runoff through green facilities at the source, the difficulty of upgrading and reconstructing the existing rainwater drainage systems in mega cities can be collaboratively solved to enhance the urban drainage and waterlogging prevention capabilities and water safety resilience. Taking Qingpu District in Shanghai as an example, based on the characteristics of rainwater drainage system in Qingpu District with the self-drainage mainly and strong drainage auxiliary, the construction of green facilities is studied through the sponge city construction for the area where the rainwater system is upgraded temporarily and unconditionally through the pipeline overturning. Combined with the function of forest water composite planting of green facilities, the way of upgrading the rainwater system and improving the waterlogging water is realized.
