Abstract:Taking the Nantong Seyuan Road Tunnel, the longest two-way six-lane urban soil tunnel completed and opened to traffic in Jiangsu Province as the background, combined with its complex surrounding environment, high environmental requirements, and the characteristics of underpass intersected roads and rivers, and setting underground ramps, the key technologies for designing urban tunnels in the complex environment are analyzed. The practical application shows that the urban tunnels should focus on overall horizontal and vertical layout, and the good job in disaster prevention and rescue design. The tunnel foundation pit presents the characteristics of high and low pits with irregular shapes. The integrated design should be carried out by considering the mutual influence based on the relationship between the distance B between the inner and outer pits and the depth h of the inner pit. The main structural span at the junction of the main ramp reaches 23.3 m, and a folded slab arch structure type is used. Combined with the overall layout of the ground road, a shaft decentralized ventilation scheme is proposed. The conclusions obtained have reference value for the construction of urban tunnels in complex environment.
