香港与内地城市道路几何线形设计分析

Analysis on Geometric Alignment Design of Urban Roads in Hong Kong and Mainland

摘要:

随着粤港澳一体化发展政策陆续出台，香港与内地的合作进一步深入，作为“构建香港第二个经济引擎”的北部都会区进入加速推进阶段。依托北部都会区城市规划及工程研究，介绍了香港《TPDM规范》（Modification of Transport Planning and Design）在城市道路几何线形设计中各项技术指标的规范值和选用，并与内地行业标准《城市道路路线设计规范》（CJJ 193—2012）进行对比分析，得到香港与内地在城市道路设计参数取值的相似和不同之处，为内地公司到香港从事土木工程规划设计提供经验，也供工程设计人员借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

With the successive introduction of policies for the integrated development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, the cooperation between Hong Kong and the mainland has been further deepened. The northern metropolis, which aims to "build the second economic engine of Hong Kong", has entered a stage of accelerated advancement. Based on the urban planning and engineering research in the northern metropolis, the standard values and selection of various technical indicators in the geometric alignment design of urban roads in Hong Kong TPDM Code (Modification of Transport Planning and Design) are introduced, and are compared and analyzed with the industry standard Design Specifications for Urban Road Routes (CJJ 193—2012） in the mainland so as to obtain the similarities and differences in the values of urban road design parameters between Hong Kong and the mainland, which provide the experience for mainland companies to engage in civil engineering planning and design in Hong Kong, and also provide the reference for engineering designers.
