    摘要:

    如何在复杂环境条件下建设综合管廊,降低综合管廊建设对周边敏感建(构)筑物的影响,本文以武汉长江新城谌家矶大道综合管廊项目为工程背景,对综合管廊穿越地铁、铁路、河道、桥梁以及与隧道平行布置等复杂环境的设计方案进行了深入研究。根据敏感建(构)筑物的变形要求、地质情况、场地条件,通过调整管廊断面尺寸、平面布置、竖向设计、选择合理的施工方式等措施,既确保了工程的可实施性,又降低了对周边项目的扰动,满足安全性要求。成果可为类似工程的建设提供借鉴和参考。

    Abstract:

    How to build the utility tunnels under the complex environmental condition and to reduce the impact of the utility tunnel construction on the surrounding sensitive buildings (structures), taking the Wuhan Yangtze River New Town Chenjiaji Avenue Utility Tunnel Project as the engineering background, the design schemes of the utility tunnel across the subway, railway, river and bridge, and its parallel layout with a tunnel in the complex environment are further studied. According to the deformation requirements, geological conditions and site conditions of the sensitive buildings (structures), the measures of adjusting the section size of the utility tunnel, plane layout and vertical design, and choosing the reasonable construction methods are taken, which not only ensure the implementation of the project, but also reduce the disturbance to the surrounding projects and meet the safety requirements. The results can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
