Abstract:In recent years, extreme weather frequently occurs, flood disaster has gradually become one of the most prominent natural disasters faced by our country's urban areas at this stage. Learning from the "7·20" heavy rainstorm disaster in Zhengzhou, Henan Province , made an in-depth analysis on the current situation of flood prevention and control in Shanghai , and taking the Yangshupu water system in Yangpu District as an example, carried out flood risk simulation under the "7·20" rainstorm. From the three aspects of "Tamping Water Conservancy infrastructure construction, improving the resilience of flood engineering system, strengthening risk management and control", the paper puts forward the tactics of improving the resilience of water conservancy infrastructure in Shanghai, in order to reduce the loss of flood disaster after extreme rainfall and provide a new idea for solving the problem of flood in Shanghai systematically.
