    摘要:

    由于钢构件陆地运输能力与现场施工条件的限制,钢箱梁采用纵横向结构分块并直接在少支架上拼装的施工方案。整个拼装施工过程比较复杂,需采用精细的结构分析对施工进行指导。为此,以某桥梁工程的单箱多室钢箱梁为例,利用结构分析软件SAP2000的三维板壳单元建立钢箱梁分块结构的三维空间模型,分析了分块结构拼装过程的变形与应力,并利用梁单元简化分析了钢箱梁节段整个拼装过程的整体应力与变形。结构分析得到的计算结果有效地指导了钢箱梁的拼装施工,其分析方法可为类似工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Due to the limitations of steel member land transportation capacity and on-site construction conditions, the construction scheme of directly assembling longitudinal and transverse structural partitioning blocks on few supports is adopted for the steel box girder. The entire assembly construction process is relatively complex, and the precise structural analysis is needed to guide the construction. Therefore, taking a single-box multi-cell steel box girder of a bridge engineering as an example, a three-dimensional models for partitioning block structures of steel box girder are established using structural analysis software SAP2000 to analyze the deformation and stress during the assembly process of block structures. And the overall stress and deformation in the entire assembly process of steel box girder segment are simplified and analyzed by using beam elements. The calculation results obtained from structural analysis have effectively guided the assembly construction of steel box girder, and the analysis method can provide reference for other similar projects.
