Abstract:Due to the limitations of steel member land transportation capacity and on-site construction conditions, the construction scheme of directly assembling longitudinal and transverse structural partitioning blocks on few supports is adopted for the steel box girder. The entire assembly construction process is relatively complex, and the precise structural analysis is needed to guide the construction. Therefore, taking a single-box multi-cell steel box girder of a bridge engineering as an example, a three-dimensional models for partitioning block structures of steel box girder are established using structural analysis software SAP2000 to analyze the deformation and stress during the assembly process of block structures. And the overall stress and deformation in the entire assembly process of steel box girder segment are simplified and analyzed by using beam elements. The calculation results obtained from structural analysis have effectively guided the assembly construction of steel box girder, and the analysis method can provide reference for other similar projects.
