城市更新背景下的道路改造策略与工程实践

随着城市化进程的减缓，我国的城市建设已经进入了存量发展时期，实施城市更新行动已成为国家推动城市高质量发展的重大战略举措。在此背景下，如何高质量改造作为城市血脉的市政道路，如何在改造工程中落实以人为本、传承文化、生态文明、精细管理等理念要求，已成为城市更新背景下道路提升改造的重要考虑因素。以开封市安远门大道扩宽改造工程为例，通过对其改造背景、改造策略、方案设计等内容的解析，生动阐明了一条道路在城市更新中所要考虑的关键问题，以及在建设过程中需要注意的重点事项。研究结论可为城市管理、设计、建设、运营等相关人员提供指导和借鉴。

Abstract:

With the slowdown of urbanization, China's urban construction has entered a period of stock development; Implementing urban renewal actions has become a major strategic measure to promote high-quality urban development. In this context, how to high-quality renovate municipal roads as the lifeblood of the city, and how to implement the concept requirements of people-oriented, cultural heritage, ecological civilization, and fine management in the renovation project have become important considerations for road upgrading and renovation in the context of urban renewal. This article takes the widening and renovation project of Anyuanmen Avenue in Kaifeng City as an example, and vividly explains the key issues that need to be considered in urban renewal and key points that need to be paid attention to during the construction process by explaining its renovation background, renovation strategy, and plan design. The research conclusion can provide guidance and reference for personnel involved in urban management, design, construction, operation, and other related fields.
