    以上海市周家嘴路隧道工程为依托,详细讲述了城市装配式双层盾构隧道与现浇形式的施工工艺的区别,在此基础上进行了经济效益对比分析。单纯从工程预算角度看,预制装配式建造费用高于现浇费用,但是从工程实践效果来看,预制装配技术确保了质量安全,大幅缩短了结构施工周期(缩短80%以上)、减少了现场作业人员(减少80%以上),实现了专业化、现代化工厂及高素质作业人员的培育,有利于企业及产业的长足发展。

    Abstract:

    Based on the Zhoujiazui Road Tunnel Project in Shanghai, the differences in construction techniques of urban prefabricated double-layer shield tunnel and cast-in-place shield tunnel are described in detail. On this basis, the economic benefits are compared and analyzed. From the perspective of engineering budget alone, the cost of prefabricated assembly is higher than that of cast-in-place. However, from the perspective of engineering practice, the prefabricated assembly technology ensures the quality safety, which significantly shortens the construction period of the structures (by more than 80%), reduces the on-site workers (by more than 80%), and achieves the professional, modern factory and high-quality personnel training, which is conducive to the long-term development of enterprises and industries.
