Abstract:With the rapid development of civil aviation infrastructure, the requirements for engineering quality are also constantly improving, and the quality control of engineering concrete has become particularly important. Taking the mix proportion design of cement concrete pavement with the bending tensile strength of 5.0 MPa in Xiamen New Airport as an example, combined with the characteristics of pavement concrete and the requirements of location environment, on the basis of the mix proportion of highway cement concrete pavement, referring the relevant specifications and design requirements of civil aviation airport pavement engineering, the material content of airport pavement concrete mix proportion is determined by using the orthogonal test method. At the same time, the orthogonal design method is applied to conduct the intuitive, factor index, interaction and variance analysis of the test data, which ensure the accuracy of the test data so as to obtain the mix proportion meeting the requirements of workability and flexural strength of pavement concrete, and can be used to guide the construction of pavement concrete and provide reference for the relative projects.
