    摘要:

    随着民航基建的快速发展,对工程质量的要求也在不断提高,工程混凝土的质量控制变得尤为重要。以厦门新机场的抗弯拉强度为5.0 MPa的水泥混凝土道面配合比设计为例,结合道面混凝土的特点及所处地点环境的要求,在公路水泥混凝土面层配合比的基础上,参照民航机场场道工程的相关规范及设计要求,利用正交试验法对机场道面混凝土配合比的材料用量进行确定,同时应用正交设计方法对试验数据进行直观、因素指标、交互作用及方差的分析,保证试验数据的准确性,从而得到满足道面混凝土和易性和抗弯拉强度要求的配合比,用于指导道面混凝土施工,并为相关工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of civil aviation infrastructure, the requirements for engineering quality are also constantly improving, and the quality control of engineering concrete has become particularly important. Taking the mix proportion design of cement concrete pavement with the bending tensile strength of 5.0 MPa in Xiamen New Airport as an example, combined with the characteristics of pavement concrete and the requirements of location environment, on the basis of the mix proportion of highway cement concrete pavement, referring the relevant specifications and design requirements of civil aviation airport pavement engineering, the material content of airport pavement concrete mix proportion is determined by using the orthogonal test method. At the same time, the orthogonal design method is applied to conduct the intuitive, factor index, interaction and variance analysis of the test data, which ensure the accuracy of the test data so as to obtain the mix proportion meeting the requirements of workability and flexural strength of pavement concrete, and can be used to guide the construction of pavement concrete and provide reference for the relative projects.
